L’Eos Hotel, which opened in 2008, is the result of an unusual project, the Viaggio nel Salento design competition for young architects and designers. The 30 rooms, each of which is unique and different from the others, are the result of the innovative combination of entrepreneurial spirit and creative energy. In the rooms the charm and atmosphere of the Salento have been turned into living spaces, dense with contemporary style, simple lines and engaging design.
